Vaccinations
It is a condition of our licence and insurance that your cat is fully vaccinated ahead of their stay with us.
No vaccination card/proof of vaccination means we will not be able to accept your cat into the cattery.
If you have lost your card, we will check with your vet ahead of your cat being allocated a pen.
Medication
We will administer medication as per your/vets instructions and we note this on a chart daily.
We are happy to administer tablets, oral solutions and injections.
Veterinary Treatment
If your cat becomes unwell during its stay with us, we will contact you to inform and will always use your vet first if at all possible.
In the event of any emergency, we will use our own vet who provides an out of hours service.
Looking after your cat during their stay with us
We will endeavour to provide the same routine as at home, whether that is feeding, playtime or grooming.
We are a calm, quiet cattery and we let the cats come to us at their own pace.
Every cat is individual and we know some like to be quiet and shy whilst others are playful and wanting lots of fuss and attention!

Drop off and collection is between 10am and 12 noon or between 4pm and 6pm every day except Wednesday - there is no afternoon drop off/collection on a Wednesday.
No appointment is required to view, however, it is advisable to contact us on 07738 435034 ahead of your arrival.
Our team
Springfield Cattery Ltd is a family run business established in 2010. John Foster is the proprietor and the cattery is managed day to day by John's daughter, Fiona, who has has worked at the cattery as the manager since 2015.
