Additional Information.....
We know leaving your cat can be a stressful time for some people and we will do our best to accommodate usual routines including feeding and medication to ensure their stay is happy and healthy.
We do not accept entire male cats as they are known to cause distress in some other cats.
Feeding
We feed what you feed. We know cats can have very sensitive digestive systems and we will always do our best to stick to your food/routines. All food is included in the daily price (unless your cat is on a prescribed diet, in which case we will ask you to supply).
Vaccinations
Any cat who stays with us will need to be fully vaccinated and flea-treated. We will ask you to leave your vaccination card with us for the duration of the stay.
Medication
We are happy to accept cats on medication and we are experienced in administering tablets, drops, liquids and injections - contact us to discuss your cats requirements.
We have 24/7 access to a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse if required.
If your cat is unwell......
If your cat becomes unwell during their stay with us, we will do our very best to contact you immediately. We will make an appointment with your vet as far as we possibly can; and in the event of an emergency we will contact our own vet surgery for advice.
